Afro Psych has been a transformative tool in my practice, offering profound education, support, and guidance to both my clients and myself. Rooted in cultural humility, each card is thoughtfully designed—front and back—to foster meaningful reflection and healing. Its versatility empowers me to create safer, more inclusive spaces that honor the unique experiences of BIPOC clients, while promoting anti-oppressive practices. This deck is truly a gift to therapists committed to liberation-focused care.

This deck is so needed and timely. Not only is the art gorgeous and truly evokes the essence of medicine work, many of the cards encourage action and engagement. I love the way that many of these cards offer a call to action- which is what integration is often about. I use these cards with my clients and for myself. I highly suggest anyone supporting layered states work get themselves a deck.
